Hi,
This seems to be a random thing, but I have 4 users on a windows 2003
server with XP clients. Generally, users open up their documents from
Word, however, occasionally they get a message that they don't have
permissions to the resource. I've checked their permissions, logged
off and logged on and was successful in accessing the server directory
as the user.
I've mentioned that the file might have been accidentally moved by them
or someone else, it could have been changed slightly (the name) or
anything else. With so few users, these things seem unlikely.
Would there be any other reasons why this error has occurred? If so,
how can it be prevented in the future?
thanks,
Ryan
