Can't open form in Design Mode

i am getting an error when i try to open my form in Design Mode

InfoPath cannot open the following form: C:\Documents and Settings\.....
Microsoft Office InfoPath cannot open the selected form.

I can open the form to fill out but not Design. I have my form connected to
2 SQL tables that I have used in almost all of my other forms, I can open
other forms in Design, and it does not matter where I save the forms (I have
tried saving to several locations).

Any ideas?

If the form is "protected" you can access it in design mode by browsing to it
in explorer and reight-clicking selecting design and click yes to the
warnings box. This is an Infopath feature to protect forms from unplanned
re-design.

Thanks Adam, tried that but I still can't open the form. Any other possible
answers? I also tried a System Restore to the day previous to the problem
occuring.

WOW unusual circumstance. The forms aren't fully-trusted by any chance?
