can't open form

I am able to open my database in table view, but not form
view. When the table view is open, and i want to close
it, it gives an error message saying that the run code
will be terminated if i click on yes... but it doesn't do
anything, it just locks up and i have to manually
reboot. All of my info is still in the database, but i
really want to view it in FORM view, but it just doesn't
open.. no error message or anything. Thanks in advance
