Can't open 'General' Tab in BCM

When I want to open a Contact 'General' tab I get a grey pane with the
message 'BCM was unable to initialize this form'. The next form under the
'Detail' tabs opens just fine.

I'm using MS Office 2003 SP3, updated with BCM 2007
