Can't open links in email

Hello everyone,
I have been having a problem in Outlook 3 lately. When I click on any active link in an email, it opens a box called 'Locate Link Browser' and is looking for an executable file in 'my documents'?
This is a new problem in the last few weeks, cannot seem to find out why it does this, or how to fix it. Can anyone help me.
