Can't open links on outlook 2003

Any time I attempt to open a link on outlook (link, ebay picture etc) it now
goes to a Word scrren that the title says, "Locate link browser". What did I
do to get this and how do I go back to opening links? Thanks so much for

It seems that you have chosen the wrong NewsGroup.
This one here on *OneNote*, not Outlook.
Check for the proper group.
