Can't Open Locked Database

A database I created will not allow me to open it without
a password-I didn't set up a password. I had it saved on a
disk and it will not allow me to access it there either.
It will allow me to open the disk and database on another
pc. Thats crazy-basically I can't open the file on my pc
without an "unknown" password. How can I get this file
working onto my pc?

Is it asking for a userid and password? If so, then you are joined to a
workgroup with a password setup for the ADMIN user. Simply rejoin the
default worgroup (system.mdw).

If it is asking for a database password (as you state), then it would do the
same no matter which PC you were using.

Re-joining the default workgroup helped. I got into my
database Thanks a million!
