Can't open MS Office Outlook 2007

Please help, when I try to open my email I get the message "Cannot start
Microsoft Office Outlook Cannot open the Outlook window." Another message
stated "Cannot open your default email folders the file
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst cannot be opened
