can't open old word document due to registry policy setting

i have info on an old floppy. i can access the excel info but when i try to
access word info i get the above message

This is not directly related to your problem but _never_ open files in Word
that are on any type of removable drive. Rather, copy the files from the
floppy to a directory on your hard drive. Open them in word from the HD.
