can't open outlook hyperlinks

I am unable to go to a web link (I think they are called
hyper links)in any email I receive in Outlook. When I
clik on the blue link, a window opens with a list of
files. The top of the window (blue part) says "LOCATE
LINK BROWSER" files of type says "Executable Files
(*.exe). I have already re-installed Office 2000 but,
to no avail.

You responded to my previos email, but I did not
understand your answer so am trying again. I MUST BE ABLE
TO OPEN HYPERLINKS SOON! HELP!!!

When the locate link browser window appears, point it to your browser
executable (you may need to browse to find it) and click on okay.
