Can't Open Outlook

Can someone help me? I can't open OUTLOOK and get "this
program has performed and illegal operation.." message and
when I click on Details I get

OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module MSO9.DLL at 018f:30d0f675.

Try opening Outlook in safe mode. Start>Run>"outlook.exe /safe" (sans
quotes). If it will open that way, click Help>Detect and Repair. If it
still won't open, open Excel or Word and Help>Detect and Repair.
