can't open powerpoint

I can't use PP2002. I've been able to in the past. The
program is loaded on a PowerMac. I've tried re-installing
but it keeps giving me the message "...error of type 2".
Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm confused. PowerPoint 2002 is a PC program. Do you mean PowerPoint 2001,
which is a Mac version? There is a newsgroup for Macs. Just look to the
left of the screen. Find PowerPoint and click on the +. It'll expand and
show the Mac group.
