Can't open Project 2000 files in 2003

I just upgraded from Project 2000 to Project 2003. None
of my Project files will open. Also, I keep getting an
error message that Project can't open Global.mpt file.
I've tried deleting it to force Project to create a new
one, and it didn't work. I've also removed Project 2003
and done a full install -- no luck. I'm desparate -- any
clues?

HI, Here's an update. I can open the file in Project
2002, but still won't open in 2003. I tried using the
suggestion in FAQ #43, but didn't work. I opened and
immediately saved in 2002, but 2003 will not open. Any
other thoughts?
