Can't Open .pub file or Save a New One

Created a website, saved it as a .pub file, and edited it more than once.
The last time I tried to save it, I received an error message. Closed
Publisher, reopened it, tried to open my website and got the same message.
Tried to start from scratch, but now it won't save it, or open any publisher
web files.
The error signature is
AppName:mspub.exe AppVer: 11.0.6565.0 AppStamp:45cac959
ModName: ptxt9.dll ModVer:11.0.6550.0 ModStamp:4239dbf4
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0000c148

Do you have the Office 2003 service pack 2?

I do have the Office 2003 Service Pack 2. Is there any other way to retrieve
it?

I cannot find a solution to this error for Publisher 2003 except installing the
service pack. The following could work for you however.

Register the Ptxt9.dll File in the Windows Registry
To register the Ptxt9.dll file in the Windows Registry:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type regsvr32, press the SPACEBAR, type the following line
(including the quotation marks), and then click OK
"drive:\program files\microsoft office\office\ptxt9.dll"
where drive is the drive letter of the hard disk on which Publisher 2000 is
installed.

3. If you receive the following message
DllRegisterServer in drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Ptxt9.dll
succeeded.
then the Ptxt9.dll file is properly registered in the Windows Registry.

4. Click OK.
