I just upgraded to publisher 2003 from 2000. For some reason, I can't open
my file created with publisher 2000.
Any solution will b much appreciated.

I have a similar problem, I cannot open 2000 pub documents in Publisher
2003. I have tried disabling AV but still doesn't work. I did notice that
if i try to open the docuemtn from a floppy disk, (you know, should take a
couple seconds) I select the file and click ok, and before the computer
seems to have time to read the disk, i get the error "cannot open or locate
the file".

Just a little more info for you to help me with!

Did you try copying the file to your
hard drive before opening it?

UPDATE:!!!!

You might find that you cannot open files that you have created with 2003
either.

There is an update for Office 2003

http://tinyurl.com/6mye4 to get the Office2003 service release to fix
problems opening files.

also can use for same problem in Office 2003 programs.
