Can't open RSS feeds or hyperlinks

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2007 Beta 2 and when I try and click on a hyperlink in an
email or click on an article in a RSS feed it won't open Internet Explorer.
I have no connectivity issues as I can surf easily in IE at that time.
Outlook reports that I have "connectivity issues".

Can anyone help?
