Can't open the database

[find the dups]

I have a access database (access 2003) and when I try to open it I get the
following message "The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process
because you and another user are attemptinh to change the same data at the
same time (error 3187)" Itry to do the compact and repair function still get
the same message, please let me know how to fix the problem and open the
database.
