While searching for a contact and locating it using the Look for: prompt the
contact is located, but the Secretary is unable to open the contact. She
receives the "Can't open this item." error message. Then she is unable to
open any contacts and must reboot the workstation to clear up the problem.
She maintains three other shared Contact folders that belong to Executive
staff members. She has editor permissions to these folders. Also note:
Current View is set on Address Card.
She is using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5 server running on NT 4.0.
Appreciate any help to resolve this problem!
