Can't open V02 drawing saved by V03

I've used Visio 2003 to create a drawing and then saved it in the Visio 2002
format. When I try to open it in V2002, I get an error that says the file
"BASFLO_U.vss" is in the workspace but cannot be opened. Then Visio 2002
crashes. What could be causing this?

Certainly you should not be getting a crash. That is puzzling. You can
work around the problem by closing all your stencils before saving the
drawing to Visio 2002. Then open the equivalent stencils in Visio 2002
after loading your drawing.
