Can't open visual basic?

I'm new to writing code so please bear with me...
Somehow I've done something to one of my databases - I
can't open Visual Basic by clicking on the icon or by
clicking the ellipsis. I know it's there somewhere, could
someone please help me? (It only happens in one database).

I think that was the problem...I followed your advice and
now I'm back in working order. Thanks!!!
