can't open web address in email

If I receive an email with a web address I get a pop up box titled WINZPIP
SELF EXTRACTOR VPN CLIENT.
It then has the following statement, "To open all files in VPNcleint.exe to
the specified folder press the unzip button" There is a folder
:C:\DOCUME~1\JIMBRI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp listed. This never used to come up.
Even if I click on the unzip button, I am still not able to go the web site.
It says that it is unzipping, but a file never comes up and it never goes to
the web site. Is there a setting in outlook that is causing this?

Is your machine a corporate asset? Sounds like your company has some install
linked to IE opening and its failing. If so, you might want to check with
your company's tech support.
