I have a user running Word 2003, and one running 2007. The user with 2003 has
the compatibility program installed and has been able to open files without
any problem from the 2007 user, but today he is getting an error saying he is
using an old version if the compatibility module.
We have un-installed it and them downloaded it again from the Microsoft web
site and re-installed it but we get the same error.
Is there a reason for this happening?
How can we get round this without having to get the files re-saved in
97-2003 format?
