Can't Open

I had to uninstall and then reinstall my entire Office 97 disk because I
could not get the Access Add-in in the Excel program. Now it is in Excel,
but when I try to use it, it tells me "Microsoft Access can't start because
there is no license for it on this computer" I have tried removing Access
(11 components) and then reinstalling them. I cannot start Access at all.

I just have to say that this is my most favorite bug ever. Is it "this
behavior is by design", or an "undocumented feature", or is it left in for
"backward compatibilty"? A font buggin Access? We are all fallable, at least
I am. ;-)
