Can't outdent anything

I was trying to outdent some subtasks and I can't do it.

I create a new project,
line1 = test1
line2 = test2
line3 = test3

I select 2&3 and indent. No Problem

I select 2&3 and outdent. I can't do it.

What is going on?

I noted a similar problem with a co-worker. It appears Project 2003 SP1 or
SP2 will correct this situation. To verify your version of Poject, click
Help/About ..... your service pack level will be obvious.

This is a known bug in the original release of Project 2003. Downloading
and installing the current service packs will fix it.
