Can't Paste DOC Image after Word 2003 Upgrade

After upgrading to Office 2003, I can't paste images of Word documents into
OneNote anymore. I did install the document image components of Office 2003.
That did not help. I have opened and re-saved documents in 2003; that has
not helped either.
