Can't Paste Screenprints

Steve

When I do a screenprint using the printscreen key, if I paste it into Word it
just shows as a white box. In every other MS application e.g excel it works
fine. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Tools, Options, View tab: make sure that PicturePlaceholders is unchecked.
Also check on the Print tab that Drawing Objects is checked.

However, a PrintScreen capture is going to be a huge bitmap picture that
will bloat your Word document horrendously. If you download (for free)
IrfanView picture editor, you can edit your ScreenPrint by pasting it into
IrfanView, crop it, reduce colour depth, resize it and then save it as a
jpeg, PNG or other compact format and save it to your local drive. Then in
Word, simply using Insert, File and you will have a much more manageable
image in Word with hardly any file bloat.

Hi TF

I'm have the same issue, however that did not fix my problem. Could it be

Thanks for your help
