cant permanently delete an autocomplete name

I deleted an autocomplete name but it came back the next day. why did that
happen and how do i permanently delete it?

make it appear by typing that name in the To... field. Use the arrows on
keyboard to highlight it and hit Delete.

thats exactly how I deleted it, and it worked, but it showed up the next day
again. any explanations? I want it out permanently.

delete it again - maybe there were 2 versions of it. Maybe the system had a
glitch.

The next step is to delete the whole N2K file - then you'll wipe out all
autocompletion names and start afresh.
