Can't post new projects

I have published a few projects onto our project server
2002 using MS Project 2000 successfully. However, I am
trying to post a new project, and it is not giving me the
option to post "Project Plan" in the callaboration menu.
It is greyed out on all of the projects that have not yet
been posted, but it is available on the projects that have
been posted. I have administrator priveledges, so if it
is some setting that needs to be changed I can do it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
