Can't print all appointments on weekly schedule HELP!

I want to print a weekly schedule of all appointments for everyone that works
for me. My problem is there are more appointments than space allowed for
printing. In other words some days I get this "more items..." and then the
next day starts. I've tried printing using 2 pages but it still doesn't get
all appointments for each day. I don't have an option for it to just print
everything and use all the pages it needs to do that. Am I out of luck with
this? I've been using a Palm Pilot but they're old and starting to die so
I'm trying to find other options and now I'm not sure Outlook is going to
work either. Any suggestions? I'm working with Outlook 2003 in Windows XP.

I've tried them all! I need the weekly style and tried the page setups for
Day-Timer Senior Desk & Jr. Desk, the Day Runner Entreprener & Classic,
Franklin Day Planner Monarch & Classic. They all cut off my days with "more
items..."

Which print layout are you using?

It's going to cut off when you reach the maximum number for the height of
the cell. Portrait layouts should allow more than landscape. off hand I
don't know of a way to get outlook to print more but a print utility might
do better - see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp. Start
with one of the word templates (all 3 are basically the same - if it works
in one word template it will work in each one).

Thank you Diane, but I think you're right. Outlook limits the number of
appts for each day. I'm disappointed Outlook isn't flexable enough to adjust
to print any number of appts for each day. Palm does it and its been out
forever, you'd figure Outlook could at least do the same. I'll see what this
print utility is but if its too time consuming it won't work for me. My
schedules change every week sometimes appts are light but sometimes they're
very heavy. My schedules using the palm calendar sometimes print on 1 1/2 to
2 pages and sometimes it takes 3 pages for all the appts in a week. I need a
program that can be flexible like that.

Ok Diane from what I can tell those utilities print only for the month. I
need to print just a week at a time. It also seems very involved, I haven't
worked inside of Word to do a calendar just used the calendar that my palm
pilot provided so this is all totally new to me. I've just recently ordered
a Palm TX and am hoping that the palm calendar is there, it says it will sync
with Outlook but that won't help me since I can't print all my appts for the
week with Outlook. I'm assuming they didn't get rid of the palm calendar
program I've always used, at least I hope not. I was going to go with a
blackberry or phone that had a calendar that would sync with Outlook but that
got blown out of the water with the printing capability of Outlook. I really
wanted to make my life easier with one less thing to carry around by
combining the phone and pda but unless Outlook eventually gets expanding
cells in its calendar it really won't work for me.

I'm really disappointed, but Diane thanks for all your help. At least I
know which direction I need to go in now. Well, I'll save on my cell phone
bill not having to have a blackberry!
