Exact same problem! About two weeks ago my ability to print HTML
formatted
emails from Outlook 2003 or print anything from IE 7.0 simply stopped
working.
No error message, no Event Log notification, nothing.
The print button or File>Print simply doesn't do anything when pressed.
I'm certain it was a Windows Update that did it but I've no idea which
one.
I know that the Active X Killbits updates have a known problem with
breaking
print controls but I don't have any of those installed for just that
reason.
:
I am having the same issue, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook
2003,
I have deleted cache files and registry keys. Using a READASPLAIN=1
registry
hack I can view and print all messages in rich text but if the message
is
HTML the print button, file print or ctrl P does not work. Any help is
greatly appreciated.
:
Yes. It has been working fine until last week when it stopped
printing. I
haven't installed any new software or hardware.
:
Do you have all the latest updates for outlook and windows
installed?
