Can't Print Envelopes

Hello, I need some help.
I have XP Home Ed.with Works Suite 2001.(word 2000)
I just overlayed that with WS 2002 (word 2002)
When I wanted to print a few envelopes, I could select
names in my address book, but they will not move over to
be used by the wizard. I get to "select recipients", and
that is as far as Word '02 will go.
I used to do this all the time with Word 2000.
What happened when I changed to Word '02 ???
How do I get back to being able to use my address book
to select names and get them to print??

1. Were you starting from the /Works/ mail merge wizard? In which case you
probably need to do the same thing instead of starting from Word's mail
merge wizard. But I can't tell you how to do that as I do not have Works.

2. If the data source is a Works address book, you could try to find a way
to export the data ans use that as a data source for the merge. That's what
I believe the /Works/ wizard does. If the data source is e.g. Outlook
Express's address book, you have to export the data first - Word cannot get
it any other way.
