Can't Print Envelopes!!!

My wife has a Mac IBook with OS X. She has Office X on it
as well. She it trying to print from Word X. She can
print to paper fine but when she tries to print to
envelopes, the printer feeds the envelope in and the
print head moves and it goes through the motions like its
printing but nothing is printed.

The printer is a Lexmark X73 All-In-One. I can print to
it fine from my pc.

HELP!

Run the same job, but print onto a normal sheet of paper instead of an
envelope. Betcha the data is printing after all - just not where the
envelope is. Look at the envelope wizard (Tools menu) and check how the
program is expecting the envelope to feed, then adjust it to match your
printers preferred envelope feed.
