can't print from outlook express

I can't print from outlook express at all. My printer
works fine from all other programs - just from outlook
express. nothing happens at all. Neither when I press the
printer button nor through the file-menue. Anybody any
idea where I can change settings? Again, it the printer
is connected through an USP port and works fine from
other programs. The problem might exist quite a while - I
just switched from dial-up to DSL and didn't use outlook
express before. I'm running XP home edition if this helps
finding a way to solve the problem.
