Can't print from Word

HI

I am having problems printing. When I send a WORD doc to my Brother MFC
620CN it just deletes it's self in the printer queue. This does not happen
in EXCEL or any other products. This has happend once or twice with my
Brother HL printer but that does not happen anymore. This did not happen
when I was on older verion of Word. I have just got a new computer and
upgraded software. I have the latest versions of everything
