Cant print graphics on hp6122

I have an app developed in Access2002, my development
system is Win2000. I deploy using the runtime, on clients
using Win98, 98SE, Me, 2000, NT and XP.

Recently a customer replaced some hp970 printers with new
hp6122 printers. The client systems are running Win98. The
hp6122 does not preview or print graphics such as a .bmp
logo and check boxes. It is using the latest drivers. HP
of course says the printer is compatible with everything
back to Win95.

Has anyone run into this situation? Does anyone know of a
fix?
