Can't print HTML emails outlook 2003

The print preview option is disabled for HTML messages.
Can't print the emails formatted as HTML .
Composing new emails in HTML format also does not print.
Printer is fine and is printing Rich Text emails.
Adobe Plugin and Enterprise vault are the only 2 plugins.
Tried using Outlook Web access however no luck.
