Can't print using Word

I have a very strange problem.... When I try to print from Word 2000
to my HP deskjet 3822 it just wont print. It come up with something
about a system fault. If I try to print the same document using my
HP 670C there is no problem. The HP3822 printer works with every
other program I try, except Word. I put in the CD and did a
'repair' and it made no difference. I even reinstalled Win98 but
that also made no difference.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received - Thanks!!

I managed to sort it myself. I changed the Spool Date Format from
EMF to RAW and everything works now!
