Can't print

My client import a old version visio file to his Visio 2003. It looks like ok
before he try to print it. When he click print preview, all pages are blank.
When he print it, he get all blank papers. I change the fonts to the standard
arial font, but no help. Any idea?

Thanks

menu View -> Layer Properties
and check that all layers have print enabled.

Under most conditions if you view the drawing in print preview and nothing
shows up the issue is with the file or Visio. At this point the drawing
has not been sent to the printer so it should not be a driver issue. As
Paul suggested start with checking the settings for the layers to ensure
they can be printed. You could also try copying all the objects to a new
drawing to see if that fixes the issue.

Great. James. I copied all the contents to a new drawing and no problem for
the new one. I think when user import the drawing, something wrong there.
Whatever we fix it. Thanks again for your help, James and Paul.
