Can't Print

I am using Visio 2003---We have a new Panasonic laser printer, When I print a
flowchart, It comes out in unrecognizeable charcters. It worked fine witht
the Laser printer we replaced, I have all the current drivers installed for
the new Laser printer. Any ideas? Thanks
