cant print

when i download something like a application or something i cant print it it always says needs program from microsoft exel. can you tell me what i need or what i need to download to get this working. what program. thanks

I think you will need to tell us exactly what sort of file you are
downloading (or give an example of where you're downloading it from) and the
exact text of any error message you are getting. Do you have Word or Excel
(or Office) installed on your computer? If so, what version? And if this is
an Excel problem, you should probably post in an Excel NG.
