Can't publish after W2k SP4 install

Here is the error message..

"An error occured while accessing your FrontPage web
files. Authors - if authoring against a web server please
contact the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters -
Please see the server's system log for more details."

There is nothing in the server's logs. The user was able
to publish last week - the only difference is he has a new
PC with W2K SP4. If he log into a W2K SP3 PC, he can
publish with out any problem. I shouls also point out
that this error occurs when he tries to make changes to
Office documents form within the web.
