Can't publish my web changes. Frontpage 2002

Ok, I am not very good with computer terminology and I have no idea what to
do now. We are using a new service (Freeservers) and we had zero problems
the first few times we uploaded the site and some changes. The past few
times I have tried to upload my changes, I have gotten this message

"Could not find a webserver at www.Our website name.com on port 21. Please
check to make sure that the web server name is valid & your proxy settings
(what are these????) are set correctly. If you are sure that everything is
correct, the web server may be temporarily out of service"

I have enabled the frontpage extensions and I called the hosting company's
technical support but the guy I had wasn't very helpful and said their stuff
all looked fine so it must be Frontpage. Can anybody help me please?

Port 21 is used for FTP - make sure you are publishing to http://www.Our
website name.com and have selected FP extensions in the publish
properties. Include http:// in the destination.

Since you have enabled the FP extensions, you need use File Menu | Publish Site / Web and enter the
destination URL in the following format:

http://www.yourdomainname.com
