Can't publish web site in HTTP

I am using Ver 10.2623.2625.
FrointPage 2002
The problem is when I Publish I enter HTTP://domain.com and click OK. When
I am presented with the box to click for publishing, the address is changed
to FTP://domain.com. This all started just two weeks ago, and might be
related to a automatic download of Package 2, but I really don't know.

I have tried 2 different servers, uninstalled and re-installed extensions
on the servers, re-booted, and reloaded FrongPage and nothing helped.

Try enter http://www.domainname.com and has it been more than 72 hours site the DNS was updated to
point the domain to the IP address?
