Can't publish website

I have been redesigning my website all week. I have been
publishing to the site and to my hard-drive all the time.
Today I changed some pages, and went to publish the
changes to my website and these two error messages comes
up:
"can't open httpd.frontpage.conf" for reading"
"can't open srm.conf" for reading.
What are these files? I did a search for *.conf and came
up with nothing. I'm using Frontpage 2000

conf you said ?

That frontpage extensions on the SERVER SITE, I went trough that too
with EDatarack.
