I recently purchased an iPAQ hand-held PC. It came with
Outlook 2002 on the software CD. I installed everything
correctly and everything worked fine until yesterday. I
noticed there were 2 Draft folders appearing in my
Outlook 2002. I tried deleting 1 of them but another one
appeared. I continued attempting to delete the Draft
folders that were appearing but to no avail. I assumed
there must have been a bug so I decided I would uninstall
Outlook 2002 and then reinstall it to start fresh.
The uninstallation went fine but now, for some reason,
I'm unable to re-install Outlook 2002 again. Everytime I
try, it tells me the installation was successful but I
can't find Outlook 2002 anywhere on my PC. All I find is
a new folder entitled Microsoft Office Tools with some
applications in it that I don't need. I absolutely need
Outlook 2002 so if anyone can provide guidance, I'd
appreciate it.
