can't receive email after installing ZoneAlarm

I've been using Outlook for 6 months now without any problems. Then I
installed ZoneAlarm security suite and I can't receive email anymore. I get
an error:
Task 'Brian - Receiving' report error (Oc800CCC0F):'The connection to the
server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your sever
administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP).'
I can send/receive email OK with Outlook Express.
If I uninstall Zonealarm, the problem is still there with Outlook.
My hotmail account in Outlook receives mail no problem.
What can I do?
