can't receive email from one sender

RE: Micro. Office Outlook 03: For some reason, I can no longer receive
emails from one sender, (earthlink address). I had received a few emails from
him but no longer get any. This sender is not blocked, is on my contact list,
and is on my safe sender/safe recipient lists. I get absolutely nothing; he
gets "message sent" when he sends to me. Any ideas? Thanks, June
