We have been using outlook without any issues in accessing our comcast email
accounts. We recently had problems with our wireless router and had to
reconfigure it. We can now access the internet without any issues, so the
router appears to be working fine now.
However, one of the email accounts does not receive new emails, it can
send email without problems. I have tried removing and redefining the
account. I have compared settings to the account that is working and have
found no differences. I have also verified, using webmail, that the email
account is receiving new email... however I can't get outlook to retrieve
them. When I use "Test Account Settings" no problems are detected.
Also, when I select "Send/Receive" no errors are reported.
Any ideas or suggested troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.
