I have a second e-mail account on which I can send from anywhere (wireless
laptop, Office 2003). However, I can only receive on this second account from
a certain few locations and not others. At least one other location at which
I can receive uses the same provider that I do at home (not able to receive
at home). Could this be a firewall configuration problem or could it have
more to do with Outlook settings? Suggestions for resolving this issue?
Brian Tillman recently answered: "Either an authentication issue or a
mismatch in the sending address domain and the domain of the ISP." Can anyone
give me any more details on this answer? I don't know how to proceed from
here.
