Can't receive or send in Outlook.

After an Update on 6/15/09 I can not send or receive in Outlook. I get the
following error messages.

Task 'mail.cableone.net - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

I also get error 0x8004210B.

Are you running a firewall? Have you added the POP3 & SMTP mail server
addresses into trusted?

I also get error 0x8004210B.

Try disabling the e-mail scanner in your anti-virus program.
